What Free gives you, and what Pro adds
Free covers your everyday analytics. Get traffic reports, campaign tracking with the top two channels and campaigns, WooCommerce sales reports, the Shortcode Playground and one goal. Pro adds tools to act on what you learn: visual heatmaps, every campaign and channel, deeper store reports, more goals, funnels, Pro shortcodes, CSV downloads and automatic email reports.
This comparison covers Free 6 and Pro 3. Store reports need WooCommerce and setup; heatmap recording is optional.
Pro is a paid add-on that works alongside Free, with one year of updates and support. Free keeps working if your Pro licence expires. Already purchased? Activate Pro.

Do I need Free or Pro?
Choose Free to understand your traffic: where visitors come from, which pages they read and whether they complete one important action (a goal). Free 6 also includes WooCommerce sales reports after setup, a list of your most-clicked links, visitor counters you can add to a page, and a weekly email sample.
Choose Pro when you want to find where visitors get stuck or save time sharing reports. Pro 3 adds visual click and scroll heatmaps, deeper store reports, up to five goals and three step-by-step journeys (funnels), scheduled emails and spreadsheet downloads. It also includes combined reports for WordPress Multisite, limited to people with network permissions.
Keep Free installed when you add Pro. Compare Free and Pro to find the tools that fit your website.
What does a Single Site license cover?
A Single Site license covers one WordPress site. For multiple sites, choose the 5 Sites or Unlimited plan. All plans include the same Pro features and one year of updates and support. Compare site licenses.
Can I set up SlimStat for multiple websites?
Yes. Install Free on each WordPress site. Pro licenses cover 1, 5 or unlimited sites. Combined network reports require WordPress Multisite, Pro and network-management permission; a multi-site license does not create one dashboard for unrelated WordPress installations. Compare plans.
How do I activate SlimStat Pro 3?
For Pro 3, keep SlimStat Free 6+ active, upload the Pro ZIP from your account, activate the Pro plugin, then open SlimStat → Settings → License and save your key. Both plugins must stay active. Follow the activation steps, or troubleshoot license activation if the key will not save.
Pro includes a 14-day money-back guarantee. Contact support within 14 days of purchase to request a refund. Include your order reference, but keep your license key private.
What kind of support do you provide?
Free users can use the documentation and WordPress.org support forum. Pro includes support and updates during the license term. Use the support page for the right channel, and include your plugin versions and a description of the problem. Keep license keys and visitor data out of public posts.
